A little rushed. Major script issue. My script was sent to a pharmacy that did not carry suboxone. I had to wait a whole 24 hours before it was resolved.

- The receptionist was Aces. Despite being extremely busy, she made time for everyone who entered the facility and kept the check-in process moving along efficiently. - The doctor could’ve done a better job understanding my goals for the visit and asking questions about my specific situation. I felt like there was a conclusion made about my visit before I stepped foot in her office and that was disappointing.

I appreciated that the receptionists treated me as a human being not as a drug addict or a source of payment like some places I’ve been to. They were polite, said please n thank you, greeted me as soon as I stepped off the elevator then said goodbye as I got back in the elevator.
