On the bad side- my councilor was transferred to another location without notifying me. Blind-siding like that is not good policy, or at least I wouldn’t think so. Otherwise, the girl that handled me was fine. I know who will be my new councilor and he appears to be a good guy. I have not heard any bad comments from the other clients.
