I have now been at this treatment center for one year. I have enjoyed everyone that works there from the front desk, my counselor, and the nurses. Everybody has been very friendly and informative and my counselor Monica is absolutely awesome! Everyone at the front desk including the director always ask me how I am and genuinely seem like they want to help and extremely nice. The nurses are always attentive and nice. I definitely recommend crossroads treatment center in Fort Worth Texas.

Staff was very caring and empathetic. I never once felt judged or looked down on and this is hard to find for some people in my circumstance and I feel that’s why a lot of people avoid accepting help. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you crossroads!!

i really like how nice and friendly the staff is at the greensburg, pa. location. Im especially happy with the dr,s i see. Aisland Jenkins is a very caring and helpful dr. I know the dr.s see a lot clincs on a day to day basics, but after not seeing her for awhile she remembered who i was and asked me with sincerity how i was and she is also someone who makes a persons day with a thoughful complament. i also like how time management is.
