Overall it was well done. There are certain employees however that do not act professional in the Meadville office. They often use inappropriate language in front of Patients and Their families. Even young children… It’s not the first time that I’ve heard cussing well at my appointment.

The girls did their job got me in and out! I was informed of everything i needed to know and everyone i dealt with was courteous and respectful! And this hasn't been my experience in the past. I have had some less than average visits but this time everything went well
