The women at the desks are very kind and helpful. I am unhappy with the fact that I have to talk to doctor on a tablet. Why did you cancel telehealth just to have me come in and talk to a tablet? Not very cool in my opinion

The person I spoke with to make my first appointment was very nice, respectful and understanding. The first unexpected thing was I googled same day Suboxone Clinics near me and Crossroads on Graves Mill Rd which is only 5 minutes away was one of the first to pop up. I called on a Thursday and the first available appointment was on Monday. So not what I was expecting but took it because I need the help. Sunday I get a confirmation text reminder. Which was nice. Pleasant staff, good doctors and nurse practitioners, Dana Smith in particular. Short wait times and very accommodating with appointments. Great place to go for help!!!
