My appointment went well and I didn't have to wait very long either. The receptionists were nice and informative. And my doctor always talks to me and explains everything to me very well. He always asks me if I have any questions or concerns about anything and always makes sure about what medicine I'm taking and if it is still helping me as it did before. I Love my son docs. They are and have all been so helpful! Only thing is. zoom meetings should still be for "good" patients who have jobs and can't always get there. Then maybe more evening weekend hours would help Other than that all the staff has been intelligent, seemingly knowledgeable, but most of all very helpful and seemingly nonjudgmental

The ladies that work there are so very nice! The wait was way to long everyone was waiting for like 2 or more hours and have jobs or kids to get so that was frustrating but like I said doctor is so sweet and nice and same with the staff!
