Staff there is still doing a great job very friendly people I feel like that I can talk to them and tell them all my problems I love speaking with my counselor the Director is very very friendly as well very strict about their work but there’s friendly about it love this place

Very helpful and encouraging gives techniques for dealing with stress and gives another perspective for evaluating and dealing with problems before they arise very insightful and makes you feel like you have support of people who care about you as a person and are dedicated to helping you recover and that grasping the better life you always dreamed of is achievable and possible. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful in the Altoona office. I had a new nurse practitioner at my 12:40 appointment who was fantastic, as have most of the providers been.

The women at the desks are very kind and helpful. I am unhappy with the fact that I have to talk to doctor on a tablet. Why did you cancel telehealth just to have me come in and talk to a tablet? Not very cool in my opinion
