My experience is often the same. I leave feeling better after talking with my doctor. I’ve been in the program over a year now , and after being in the clouds for so long, I know I’m a much better person. I feel great, I see myself as a more confident person. I most definitely think a lot different especially with reasoning. I understand how my addiction had me trying to justify all the stupid choices I was making.
