The DR. was through and attentive to my responses. He covered all aspects of my health. He was alert and well spoken to my reactions. The counselor was upbeat and eager to help. She and the DR. both weŕe empathetic to my dialysis therapy and I feel comforted bý this.

Love the staff members of crossroads!! When I get there at my appt time, everything goes good. Wait times and talking with my counselor is great!
