My experience at the Ctr of Hope/Crossroads was & is positive. I always have support there if needed. My counselor Loren, is one of the best counselors I have ever had. From the front desk, my counselor & the Methadone nurses have always been polite & have always treated me with respect. Nurse Rachel Alexander is always quick and caring. The staff is efficient and moves patients through as quickly as possible. I did have one concern about my insurance. I was told from last months appointment that an older insurance I had on file was receiving the bill and that my United healthcare needs to be primary for billing, so I made calls to United healthcare and they assured me that it is the only and primary insurance that I have. Dr. Lisa Hilliard Is exceptional. It’s not often that you find a practitioner that Is as engaging and interested in her patients. The fact that they removing her and moving us onto a new doctor after we performed a relationship with her is very troubling to me.

Some how I was sent the wrong date for my appt sent to my phone and I called the crossroads 1800 number and they were very good at getting me a video appt with another Dr and called in my prescription immediately.
