I'm very pleased with my overall experience with any of your associates. I'm fully vaccinated against the covid virus. However I respect your request to continue the mask protocol. Yet I see a few patients as well as some staff not observing the well posted directive. The only other issue I would like to address would be the way appointment times are not followed. I've witnessed patients coming in late or early per their appointment. Then the staff receiving them as when they arrived. I know I'm not the only one who assiduou... read more

My experience at the Ctr of Hope/Crossroads was & is positive. I always have support there if needed. My counselor Loren, is one of the best counselors I have ever had. From the front desk, my counselor & the Methadone nurses have always been polite & have always treated me with respect. Great services Crossroads make me the appointment at my schedule great personal doctor work with patients on they treatment and patient needs they help me alot on my treatment and for I can feel better highly recommend
