Did A Wonderful Job
Nurse Rachel Alexander is always quick and caring. The staff is efficient and moves patients through as quickly as possible. I did have one concern about my insurance. I was told from last months appointment that an older insurance I had on file was receiving the bill and that my United healthcare needs to be primary for billing, so I made calls to United healthcare and they assured me that it is the only and primary insurance that I have. Dr. Lisa Hilliard Is exceptional. It’s not often that you find a practitioner that Is as engaging and interested in her patients. The fact that they removing her and moving us onto a new doctor after we performed a relationship with her is very troubling to me.
Some how I was sent the wrong date for my appt sent to my phone and I called the crossroads 1800 number and they were very good at getting me a video appt with another Dr and called in my prescription immediately.
Helpful polite and kind
I really love my experience since moving from Greensburg to Indiana. The staff is so professional and respectful. Dr. Dunbar has been fabulous. She is encouraging and extremely upbeat, and I am disappointed to say that I heard that she is retiring. I’m going to miss her presence. I hope the next doctor is a good one.
The staff was nice and friendly. Dr. really helped me answers that were not all recovery related.
