I was able to have my appointment over my phone with ZOOM. It was so easy and convenient. But mostly it was safe in regards to Covid-19.
Everything was very professional and easy.
For the most part I have no complaints. The only thing I know that needs to be improved is when a patient has busted butt to get phased up, you need to make it happen on the date it is supposed to happen on. Not 2-3 weeks later when the paperwork finally gets submitted and then approved.
Staff is very professional & friendly. Crossroads is one of the easiest maintenance medication providers I have dealt with.
