I was able to have my appointment over my phone with ZOOM. It was so easy and convenient. But mostly it was safe in regards to Covid-19.

For the most part I have no complaints. The only thing I know that needs to be improved is when a patient has busted butt to get phased up, you need to make it happen on the date it is supposed to happen on. Not 2-3 weeks later when the paperwork finally gets submitted and then approved.

Staff is very professional & friendly. Crossroads is one of the easiest maintenance medication providers I have dealt with. I have been using crossroads healthcare for a long time and I am always satisfied but one thing I'm not happy about is going every 3 weeks instead of once a month. It makes it harder because my paydays are 2x a month and I dont get payed for another week before I have to go back. Makes it harder financially and I live 50 minutes away...have to travel more now with 3 weeks! It's making it harder on your patients and no one thinks it makes good sense to do that.
