I have been using crossroads healthcare for a long time and I am always satisfied but one thing I'm not happy about is going every 3 weeks instead of once a month. It makes it harder because my paydays are 2x a month and I dont get payed for another week before I have to go back. Makes it harder financially and I live 50 minutes away...have to travel more now with 3 weeks! It's making it harder on your patients and no one thinks it makes good sense to do that. Very friendly staff, Dr. Zona is AMAZING, akways on time, well organized visits. Love the atmosphere at their cranberry pa office. Very inviting and does not feel like a 'typical' maintenance medication facility.

The appointment with the doctor was great but I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to be put on the video conference with her.
