Crossroads has been there for me in my toughest times. They're polite, want to sincerely help me, are non-judgmental, and seem to be genuine asking how I'm doing. They've helped with my Medicare paperwork. The doctor understands that my brain is scattered when I'm a few minutes late or do understand about my memory when it comes to the zoom meetings. I can't say enough good things about Crossroads. They're truly a great place.
