Get directionsConsidering all the complaining the employees deal with, I think they do a great job. They wake up and go to a job where people show up miserable and are only thinking of themselves. It takes a special kind of person to deal with what they do on a daily basis. There are some rules and protocols that I disagree with but I don’t take that out on the employees like some patients seem too.

’s been a good experience the employees are all polite ,knowledgeable and they are concerned about the COVID virus.They also try to get us in and out as fast as possible,that’s the most important thing as far as I am concerned I am 60 have copd and bladder cancer getting out fast is the most important thing to me.

You’ve literally saved my life and you’ve never pressured me to get off or stay on methadone, you’ve always made me feel like it was my decision and I love that! Not to mention the staff is AMAZING!!! Especially Scarlett, Katie; and Darryl!

Everything always goes really smooth. The only complaint is how long the wait is. I still waited 2 and a half hours yesterday and almost 2 hours last time. I don’t understand why the line does not run faster when there is three windows open at a time. Other than that, everything else is great.
