Get directionsCrossroads has given me my life back!!!!!!
The physician takes her job seriously, and the front desk people are well trained and work professionally, with compassion. It takes a special person to handle people the right way on this job; and to have no judgment is KEY!!
Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. One of the better experiences at a "doctor's office " The nurse practitioner that I spoke with was informative as well and gave me ample time to ask my questions. Treatment for addiction is embarrassing and the staff there made it feel like a safe space with no judgement.
Always on time even when I was late the docs there made extra effort to make sure I got my medicine. Even when I was late on appointment they went above and beyond to fit me in at a later point during the work day to make sure I was seen. Staff made sure we socially distancing ourselves during are appointments: always in a nice way. Appointments were always called from staff to my cell phone so I would be schedule from month to month. Completely professional staff but always nice and went above and beyond there call of duty.
I have an ok experience every visit. The only issue I ever have is the waiting time. More than twice I have waited over an hour and a half to see the doctor
The staff is friendly dr. Russo is very friendly some things I don't like about it is the fact that they want to change some of my meds that I've been on for many years. I'm not new to the program I've been on Subutex for pain management for nearly 16 years and my other meds for even longer. But overall it's been a good experience. It's hard for me coming in every two weeks though because I can't drive due to a serious hand injury I wish they would let me do the Telehealth more.
All in all everything went well
Awesome..love the drs
