I've been getting treatment for 3yrs under the old owner and been continuing treatment under crossroads, my experience with the whole process has been wonderful, this treatment has saved my life, I want to thank Dr Cohen and crossroads treatment center for giving me a second chance at life and giving my children the mother they deserve.

Nursing staff is amazing. Front desk staff member is amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable and has the ability to know our member ID just looking at us. The confidentiality is very good and the staff try hard to keep our information secure. The counselors need to improve though on their ability to insure all patients are treated the same and that they don’t treat some better than others. The other issue I have is that they have posted all over the clinic that if you are caught with benzos you will be reduced to 80 mg, ... read more

Great I’ve went here for years and never had any problems. This place helped save my life! Only complaint I’ve never been able to call and get someone on the telephone.
