I’ve previously given a review and told how this program saved my life 15 years ago. I have been clean ever since.I can HONESTLY say I have not done or craved an opiate since! That is a HUGE deal for me! Not a “dirty” drug test since day 1! I recently had to come back to Starting Point in Florence,S.C.(nothing to do with relapse) and everyone has been as kind as they could be.I have NO complaints about the staff, butI do have one problem. I truly appreciate and enjoy my experience, however I go to the Sharon Hill office and on Saturday June 27,2020 my appointment was for the televisit at 12:10! I connected to the zoom link and the reception lady said to come back in a half hour cause the Dr got called out well I went back on zoom at 12:40, waiting till 1:05(still on zoom waiting room) went to office the receptionist came to door I asked what was going on and she said she's doing the best she can I then state it when will I be seen she said she didn't know ice... read more

I've been a patient here for a few years now and over all its a great place for the treatment they provide. The virtual appointment(s) I had needs some bugs worked out, but other than that I believe the treatment here does save lives, giving people a second chance to lead normal lives.
