I have two vehicles purchased here and one of different make serviced, all work has been nothing less than excellent !
They were waiting for me at my appointment time, didnt keep me waiting past the expected service time, and although my car isnt running any differently I have confidence it was serviced correctly. They suggested other maintenance but were not pushy that I needed to get it done RIGHT NOW. I was treated with respect, which doesnt always happen with women.
Crown Toyota provides excellent service on my Toyota Rav4. I would not take it anywhere else. Also, they have been very accommodating during the pandemic which has kept me safer. I appreciate all that they do for me and our community.

Although the wrong part was ordered, they were able to resolve the problem using another part, thus alleviating me having to come back yet another day. They were great in handling the situation! I appreciate that!
