It was great! The service was quick and the technicians were kind and professional.
A tree limb had fallen while I was driving and hit the top of my car, causing the antenna fin to pop up. They told me to wait in the waiting room and they would see what they could do. Within 15 minutes they came and got me. Told me I was ready to go. No charge! How can you beat.that?!
You work as a team and if one member is unable to correct they will confer with other workers. I will admit twice it took more than two years to resolve and the last time with the keys never resolved but 98% of the time everything was taken care on first trip in. I also appreciate that your people will take the time to explain in terms that i can understand what the problem is, what they have to do to correct, estimate time it will take and the approximate cost. THANK YOU.
I have dealt with Crown Toyota for many years. I have never had any problems with them. They are always helpful and even go beyond what they need to. Bought my first Toyota in 1974
