it was fine. got in & out in a reasonable amount of time and the price was fair.
We always feel confident of honesty when we bring our car to Crown Toyota. The prices are more reasonable than often expected at a dealership. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Wait time is usually minimal. We do try to make an appointment though.
Super fast and easy. Made a quick call. Got an appointment, dropped off and waited maybe a half hour and was out. Staff was amazing and all genuinely friendly.
Fantastic people. Love not having to make an appointment for oil change or tire rotation.
Very nice and quick service
They keep forgetting to put caps back on my valve stems after rotation. Third time. I keep replacing them. Super annoying. Also having an appointment doesn't matter either.
Wait time was not what them claimed it would be. There was no one else waiting. I drive 50 miles for their service which use to be much better.
Friendly service. Employees have no control on long wait. Short of help!!
