0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality As far as the dent repair, I am satisfied. However, the paint job is horrible. It feels like sandpaper to the touch. Debris and air bubbles throughout. 3.5 Star : Customer Service The team at CSI were very nice. I have nothing bad to say about them personally, however, there needs to be better planning and coordination between CSI and Enterprise when it comes to the rental car process. 3.5 Star : Returned Clean
