Bulbs they replaced went out and clips on connectors were broken on brand new parts. They failed to mention they drained all the coolant out of the radiator and didn’t refill it. 0 Star : My Experience I’m pretty upset that I we got the car back and my fog lights no longer work. They worked when we took the truck in and it got picked up today and the fog lights did not turn on
0 Star : My Experience A piece of trim/ seal on my backseat driver side door where the window meets the door isn’t sealed down correctly. It wasn’t noticable until after I drove away and haven’t had a chance to call.

Nor were the parts I inquired about, prior to the repairs. (As the insurance cannot see all damage in photos.) Inconvenienced me with a second visit to be done correctly. 1.5 Star : Customer Service Customer service had my appointment, with the wrong date. 0 Star : My Experience I would say that overall it was what I hoped to achieve without cSI when I dropped my truck off. I ended up with additional damage to my vehicle that was not there when I dropped it off. I learned the day I was going to pick up my truck that the back up camera was not working of which it was working when I dropped it off.
