CSI caused my touch screen to malfunction and told my to get in contact w/ dodge dealership about it. When CSI messed up on reassembling my truck because it don’t shut when I push it down I’m HIGHLY, EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED and DISAPPOINTED with their service and work.CSI gets a 0 score and I don’t Recommend anyone to CSI. 0.5 Star : Customer Service If I could give a 0 I would

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Car wasn't ready when promised, wasn't ready when I arrived, and first pass quality was terrible. Receptionist was fantastic and friendly - not her fault the shop has problems. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality 2.5 Star : Customer Service Told my car was ready on 12/27 @ 12pm. Couldn’t come get it until Monday 12/30 due to personal schedule. Showed up, took 30 minutes to 'finish buffing" the car...and then repair was unsatisfactory.
0 Star : My Experience Not completed upon arrival, items still not repaired or replaced. Obviously not inspected prior to notice. Very disappointed.
