Crashes way too much

We are not seeing crash reports for the app at this time so if you would send us diagnostics and notify support@cubhubsystems.com once you have with your user name and time they were sent we can research. Your device is two versions behind current (Android current system is 12) so updating your tablet is also recommended.
Not user friendly; too much clicking back and forth. Notes could be written two times faster than using CubHub!!!!!
It's so frustrating! This is the first app in my years of nursing that doesn't auto-save when it automatically logs you out. It's time consuming and frustrating to constantly have to rewrite all you have done. In nursing you have to step away quickly at times so why no auto-save function prior to is not clear to me. There are some convenience features that are good but the frustrations definitely outweigh the good so far in my opinion. I hope it continues with improvements for the sake of all.
Not sure where to start.... who created this app, it's my worse nightmare and I don't have nightmares. If you like doing double work, getting kicked out repeatedly, and not being able to care for your patient because you have to care for this app then by all means this is the app for you. Not sure what they were thinking when this was created but for a health care provider, with 27 years of experience with various applications this is my worse nightmare. I could go on and on...but only 500.

App is slow.... try to login multiple times and get error messages: login failed or either error initializing patients. This has been going on for about a month.... no way to contact unless through email... unacceptable

Please consult an actual nurses for your system. Your reply sounds threatening to my employment. I have no trouble with filling out your paperwork. It's can use improvement, like everything can. Because I gave my opinion, your team did like my review. You contact my employer? #shady

Takes too long to document. Takes forever to load to next screen after submitting. I thought the app would be faster than traditional charting. I would rather do paperwork the old fashion way than deal with this app every shift. I could get done faster if there was no lag in between screens to move on to next task.
