Miguel Champagnie went above & beyond to provide excellent service when my car's 'check engine' light kept coming on. He found a loaner vehicle for me, handled everything quickly, then he and the service team realized the problem wasn't with the engine -- just a sensor -- covered by my warranty! The team at Culver City Mazda are always friendly and seem genuine. Miguel is by far the BEST!

I came for the first service on my CX-5. I was told exactly what was going to be done and the cost. I was then offered a ride home and a pick up back to the dealership when my car was ready. I was very satisfied.
Amy is cool, kind, helpful! Only suggestion: if you wash your clients cars, dry them off otherwise they get home and the car is full of water spots.
Miguel was excellent - explaining what I needed and what could wait. Responsive and knowledgeable. Great service for my CX-9.
