Amy was very professional and PATIENT with me. I was very frustrated when I arrived because I had already been dealing with another Mazda dealer for 2 years and they were unable to fix the problem with my car. Also, someohow my appointment was not recorded but Amy graciously accommodated me AND was even able to get me a loaner very quickly. They are wonderful. There was a slight problem with my appointment. Otherwise, they were fabulous. They even rushed my car out at the end when I had a work emergency. My car was unable to be washed, however, Amy made sure I knew I could bring my car in on the following Monday and they would wash it. Thank you to the whole team
