Everyone was very nice and helpful, and I was happy with the service done on my car. My only complaint is that I was there for almost 4 hours, which seems long for a basic oil change and inspection.
Miguel was great and I appreciated the quick intake. I also appreciate the overall thoroughness and care regarding the vehicle... but it should not take two hours and 15 minutes for and oil change and related service—even at a dealership. I make the earliest possible appointment so that I can get this done first thing and go on about my day. I felt taken care of from the time I walked through the door for the test drive until I drove off in my new car.
Dropped my CX-5 off for a scheduled headlight recall service, pickup end of day. Got a call saying they would not be able to finish it and would keep it over the weekend. I requested to talk to the Service Manager who intervened to make sure the work was completed same day. Free Lyft ride to and from. Car washed. All’s well that ends well.

They survey the car, Review with you what will be done and the cost. Steve was very helpful. Always bring my car in with him for my regular maintenance. Fast, easy and very knowledgeable with parts that I may need on the side.
