They treated me very kindly and professionally. I was pleasantly surprised to get so many text updates as well as a video of the service member performing an inspection.

Every visit with every service assoc has been great. Steve Ruiz is amazing though. It’s the little things he does to interact with customers that make for a high end experience. Three years ago, after 3 BMW leases I went with Mazda. The quality service I get now is exactly the same. Steve provided his customers above and beyond that.
As always service was perfect! I would just love if we could arrange a borrowed car or something. But as always my car is running smooth thanks to the service team!

Good attention and excellent service. The place also made me feel safe with the issue of measures against covid-19: everyone had their faces covered with a mask, sanitizers at hand, chairs with distance apart, etc. In addition, the person who attended me explained the maintenance service of 40k miles for my car very well.
I recently took my car in for yearly, routine service. Steve in the Service Department is fantastic. He's been my service advisor the past few times, and he is always extremely professional, kind, and clearly and thoroughly answers any questions I have. He always walks me through the inspection report, too. Thank you again for another great service experience.
Absolutely love Culver City Mazda. As a new Mazda/car owner they made me feel welcomed & exceeded customer service standards. I will definitely be returning whenever I need assistance with my car. George helped me out and was very friendly! He answered any questions I had and made sure I was well taken care of!
