Excellent service from Culver City Mazda. Walk in expecting to buy and was treated as such. COVID guidelines are excellent and safe, the staff is always cleaning.
Some years ago, I chose another Mazda dealer instead of this one because a salesman at Culver City tried to grossly overcharge me on an accessory I priced before signing. So when that other dealer shut down I was leery about bringing my cars here at first. But they run things very well at Culver City -- the staff yesterday was uniformly helpful, polite, and punctual.
Everyone working at CC Mazda that helped me was friendly and very good at their job. Scheduling the tune-up was easy and the turnaround of my vehicle was excellent.
The transaction was smooth and the staff are very friendly. Excellent Service and clean office with complementary beverages. Way to go Mazda. I will recommend you to my family and friends.
