Having my vehicle serviced at the Mazda dealership in Culver City always gives me peace of mind knowing all work shall be completed by the best. Typical maintenance visits last about 2 hrs. and know when it's done, its done correctly and with professionalism. Amy in the maintenance department is awesome! I first contacted the dealership via the CostCo buying program. Kylon was prompt at providing quotes and revised quotes, and made the purchasing process hassle free. The car was in perfect condition when we arrived at the dealership, and the wait time was not long to see the Finance Manager. I drove up and someone was waiting and directing me where to park. They checked me in and I was in the waiting room within 5 minutes of arriving. Very nice people, and will definitely be returning to this location.
I went to Culver City Mazda for routine maintenance on my Miata. There, I had the pleasure of meeting Amy, who remained courteous, professional and friendly from the moment I arrived to the moment I drove my freshly serviced Miata out of the lot. She's a true boss. Thanks for everything, Amy!
