Steve Ruiz, Amy and crew are the best I have ever worked with. Professional Service - They made me feel special.Finished my CX-3 sooner than expected and price was less then original estimate. Coffee was good and hot It was like visiting old friends. They made me feel good about driving a Mazda. Steve took time to introduce me to new Manager Carl. He carried my brief case to car and made sure I was happy, Thank you for being my Mazda Dealers.
The best! the appointment was made over the phone I was greeted by the service advisor with a mask the dealership was very clean and in all sanitation order.

Steve provided outstanding customer service when I took my car in to get my shocks prepared and the Lyft back home was an added bonus! The folks at Culver City Mazda are always friendly and that makes me feel very comfortable. I love the spotless car wash. Good service is so important and it is greatly appreciated.
