Everything was great. Friendly staff, good explanation of all the details of the service. Provided Lyft ride to home and back to the dealership. Amy was very nice and professional

Pretty streamlined and painless sales and delivery process. Financing documents should be done remotely instead of in person. Pricing was pretty hassle-free and the deal was decent.

Amy was friendly and explained all the services clearly. She was also patient while I checked in with my wife to see what needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was washed on the outside at the end of the services since I haven't washed it in a long time.

Advisor for my appointment was 45 minutes late. I don’t recall his name, and he apologized, but why schedule appointments if you can’t honor them? Victor and Max were great! Very professional, easy to work with, and prompt.
