I’ve been servicing my car here for three years. Service dept is always friendly efficient and prompt. Just leased a new vehicle and the process was very efficient because Arlene worked with me every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgeable, straight forward, fair and most importantly kind. If it weren’t for Arlene I would’ve likely gone back to OC. She is AMAZING!
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Michael helped me with the paperwork and steps for the lease. Siya explained every facet of my new Mazda to me. Great experience, looking forward to seeing how the servicing goes as the lease progresses.

They got me up to tier 1 credit, they got me close to my best monthly payment and they gave me a pretty good trade in value for my car. And, most important, Juan Zuniga was a great salesman.
Exceptional service. Kylon Theus, working with Tony, first helped me out with test driving the vehicles I'm interested in, then patiently negotiated my lease with me and gave me a great price. Max Ginsberg took it from there, and quickly handled all the financial documents I needed to trade-in my current Mazda and drive away with the new vehicle. Everything went so smoothly. I hope to work with Culver City Mazda again once my lease is up.
Everyone was very friendly! The communication throughout the service was great, and they gave tons of helpful updates via text. The Lyft service to/from the dealership is really nice as well.
Amy Felix was the best! Quick, provided what I asked for, and courteous the whole way through—despite the dealership being pretty busy at the time. The complementary Lyft ride back home was a nice surprise.
First time here. My regular place was Mazda Santa Monica but they closed due to the quarantine. Just needed a oil change and quick service. Had a great experience. 😄
