Cordial and no nonsense approach, great work. On time promised work. No add-on sales are always welcome. Other add-on sales are a turn-off.

They got me up to tier 1 credit, they got me close to my best monthly payment and they gave me a pretty good trade in value for my car. And, most important, Juan Zuniga was a great salesman.

Exceptional service. Kylon Theus, working with Tony, first helped me out with test driving the vehicles I'm interested in, then patiently negotiated my lease with me and gave me a great price. Max Ginsberg took it from there, and quickly handled all the financial documents I needed to trade-in my current Mazda and drive away with the new vehicle. Everything went so smoothly. I hope to work with Culver City Mazda again once my lease is up.

Everyone was very friendly! The communication throughout the service was great, and they gave tons of helpful updates via text. The Lyft service to/from the dealership is really nice as well.
