This was my first time using this service. My contact person was Steve and he was amazing. He was trustworthy, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and the experience simple, and easy. I also liked that they offered to lyft me home and back to pick up my car. My car was cleaned when I picked it up and I felt like I had a new car. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Highly recommend working with Michael at the dealership! The entire staff is very kind and friendly, and Michael gave me a fair initial offer and didn’t try any of the out-dated negotiation tactics other dealerships tried on my in my car search this month. I’ve been servicing my car here for three years. Service dept is always friendly efficient and prompt. Just leased a new vehicle and the process was very efficient because Arlene worked with me every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgeable, straight forward, fair and most importantly kind. If it weren’t for Arlene I would’ve likely gone back to OC. She is AMAZING!
