It was great working with Culver city Mazda. Very easy going - polite and helpful good staff. They do everything possible to take care of their clientele. I was given a date and my car was ready sooner than expected. Fantastic work. Ill deal with them again.

Steve went over the process and results of the service very clearly. Everything from arrival to departure was very streamlined, and I felt comfortable with their practices regarding the pandemic.
Very modern approach (texting, complimentary Lyft rides) which is appreciated. Everything was explained up front and upon completion. I'm knocking a star because I arrived when they said my car would be ready but still had to wait 20 minutes. Overall, will return.
It was very easy to bring my car over to get the tire changed. My car was ready faster than expected and they even helped fit my recall in. Thank you!
Basic Mantinance The staff is friendly and efficient. The place is very clean. It provides Lift rides which is a big help; I did not have to wait.

Everyone at Culver City Mazda is so nice and professional! I ended up here because my original dealership closed down, and this will def be my new one! LOVE THEM! I came back to the dealership to return my car and start a new lease. Michael Khashayer called me a month prior to my lease ending, informing me of my options, and not being super "car salesamaney" invited me to come in and see the new models. I told him my budget and he did his very best to make it work. Great customer service with a very genuine feel!
