Very modern approach (texting, complimentary Lyft rides) which is appreciated. Everything was explained up front and upon completion. I'm knocking a star because I arrived when they said my car would be ready but still had to wait 20 minutes. Overall, will return.

Basic Mantinance The staff is friendly and efficient. The place is very clean. It provides Lift rides which is a big help; I did not have to wait.

Everyone at Culver City Mazda is so nice and professional! I ended up here because my original dealership closed down, and this will def be my new one! They took care of a broken door that was still under warranty, but it’s all the little details. LOVE THEM! I came back to the dealership to return my car and start a new lease. Michael Khashayer called me a month prior to my lease ending, informing me of my options, and not being super "car salesamaney" invited me to come in and see the new models. I told him my budget and he did his very best to make it work. Great customer service with a very genuine feel!

I am so happy to have found Culver City Mazda. They are phenomenal. I searched around everywhere for a reasonable price for my Cx-5 and they went above and beyond.
