Oil Change Great customer service. George was very professional and helpful and the service technicians did a great job. My car drives wonderfully! I LOVE the complimentary spotless car wash. Overall, my first experience was great and I will return!
Very professional This was my first service at Culver City Mazda. They were very organized, very thorough and very communicative. They discovered a problem with my brakes that other places might have missed. I needed new parts, which took a couple days. However, I was not inconvenienced as they gave me a loaner. They have certainly earned my confidence.
Audio / Entertaiment / Nav replacement I was really thankful that Amy said that the monitor had an extended warranty on it now, in lieu of an $800 cost. We never received a letter from Mazda that you realized that this part was defected but the service advisor knew and we were really happy about that.
Service visit was great. Steven was attentive and very helpful. He answered all questions I had and was very polite and knowledgeable. It was a smooth and seamless experience.
