Fast and Friendly - 10 Stars Fast and Friendly service, Steven walked through everything that would be fine with my car and arranged a Lyft for me. Lyft picked me up when the car was ready and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Perfect I love this place. It's always right on time, no line to check in, car ready when promised or earlier. The staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The place is clean, and the amenities offered are a nice touch (snacks, drinks, etc.). Providing a Lyft out and back is just icing on the cake!

Everyone is Awesome (cue the music!) From sales to service, management to reception, everyone is friendly, attentive and understanding. Dropping off the SUV for service is like stopping by and visiting some old friends. I can't recommend Culver City Mazda enough. Plus the CX9 has exceeded expectations so much that what started out as the "Nanny" car has become everyone's favorite to drive.
