Very quick and efficient service; friendly staff The dealership runs very efficiently and the staff was very professional. I am not sure I got the best deal financially - I traded in a 2016 CX-5 with 16,000 miles - trade in value is 15,000-17,000 blue book. (Salesman said it was 14,000 trade in, but that is with 50,000 miles.) The pay off was $16,000 on it, so I believe they could have found some equity in there somewhere. Quick, easy and helpful Amy was super helpful, the service was quick, and she applied the coupon without my having to ask. She also wasn’t too quick to upsell me but rather explain why I needed new filters and again, they were reasonably priced. I was out of there in the time she estimated as well.
service repair Staff was Friendly and helpful. George was specifically helpful in setting up my appointment and getting approval from my extended warranty for the necessary repair.
Definitely recommend The people are nice and so helpful. Parking to drop off your car for service was just a touch confusing but could also be because I got there early in the AM. That aside, my appointment was pretty quick and easy and they made sure all questions were answered.

Service Lawrence my service representative was great. I rented a car from Hertz—$45/day. I thought it was $28/day but I guess that is what hertz charges The dealership when they are paying? How about having the dealership pay and add it to my bill so I get the better rental rate?
Fast, Professional, and Easy They're always good. I drop off my car, they give me a time estimate, and they service my car. They even call an Uber for you. Just a pleasant experience from start to finish.
Service Manny was very present she let me know that the work that I need done will take a while provided pick up and return services
