Great Experience This was my first experience at Mazda Culver City. My first Mazda vehicle! I'm thrilled with the service. Friendly, efficient and comfortable. Leasing the car was the best car experience I've ever had. Frank and Lee were amazing.
The staff was so friendly! I made an appointment a few days prior to service my car . From Claudia who took my information to make my appointment, to George helping me get a new tire replacement, I feel that Culver City Mazda went above and beyond my expectations. The staff are so friendly and George was great he even had to make phone calls and informed me every step of the way to get my car what it needed . I’m glad they’re so close and they all made me feel right at home . Sure am glad that I’m part of the Mazda family!

Excellent buying experience Everyone at Culver City Mazda, but especially Larry, was helpful in making sure we understood exactly what each version of the CX-5 and which one best served our needs. After choosing the Grand Touring Reserve, they made sure we got the exact color and configuration we wanted. It took a couple of days but it was well worth the wait.
Quick and Easy I came in with the exact idea of what I needed and didn't need. At the end I left with the car I am very happy with and also left feeling like family.
