Smart + Efficient George was great at analyzing the issue with my car and handled the lug nut recall quickly. They made it easy for me to get in and out. Flo answered my questions in advance of the appointment and confirmed that my Vin was part of the recall.
I Love this dealership The pleasure I have when I take my car to this dealership, it’s beyond. They are absolutely loving people starting at the person who welcome you and ask you if you have an appointment or not to the receptionist who is sooo sweet with kids. I love this dealership. Install Apple Care I received superb customer service from Amy with my installation of Apple care and she had another problem checked out which greatly assured me of no future problems. The follow up and communication were much appreciated. Their service department is second to none.
