Jonathan was very helpful and friendly and understood the repair I needed. He was great about communicating my options. Lyft ride came quickly and car was fixed by the end of day. Couldn't ask for better!
Rich was super helpful and accommodating. The issues in my vehicle were quickly diagnosed and solved and I was kept in the loop the entire time. I also appreciated the complimentary Lyft rides to and from the dealership- they were so helpful. I would recommend CC Mazda to friends and family.

This was my second visit to the service department at Culver City Mazda and they have once again been professional and transparent in their handling of my car. I look forward to my future service visits.
I had my appointment dates mixed up and I was down the street when I realized that my appointment was not until the following week. I called in and Jonathan was nice enough to accommodate me. He kept me up-to-date with text messages and a video of my service I have been there previously, and my experience was different, but this time Jonathan went above and beyond.
Jonathan was very patient when I had questions. They explained everything very thoroughly .i am extremely pleased with the outcome.
Great and personal service from John. The vehicle was delivered on-time, with all requested services completed, and CLEAN!
