I bought my CX-5 at this dealership in 2014 and have been servicing it here ever since, as inconvenient as it is for an 'eastside' resident. ALL of the employees I have interacted with have been courteous and professional (especially, my latest service advisor Richard Tran); the waiting room is quiet and comfortable; and I've never had a problem with the service department's work.
