"Service for 08 C30" I brought my car in to be serviced as the indicator had been informing me about the airbag and engine. A few hours later,Martin informed me that I had a battery and cable issue. Martin is always very friendly and very understanding when it comes to any mechanical issues I have had!

"Great service by Amy Felix" Time of service was great and Amy Felix was very pleasant and professional. Overall very good experience. I would like to have more sooner dates available in the future. Online request was 2-3 weeks out for weekend.

"Easy once I figured out how to reserve service on line" I did have a problem with the on line reserve for service, I think they changed the set up. I have always signed on to my account and booked the service but this time I couldn't sign in. What took me a while to figure out is if I didn't sign in it did have my car information when I requested service. Was this new? Try to make it easier for new people?

"Erick Reyes for Salesman of the Year!!!" Just wanted to drop a quick line to say how impressed I was with Erick's knowledge of the cars and functions, and his tireless efforts to teach myself and my mom how to work with our new vehicles. I came in to *look* for car options, and we drove off with two purchased! No buyer's remorse here, we love our Volvos! "Frindly service" Great, friendly service as usual. A bit of a surprise that my 2 year old car already needed brakes, but the arranged Lyft rides and subsequently rental car made it pretty smooth. I have asked for the tow cover thingy on my bumper to be replaced every time I've come in for a service and it's never been replaced, but that's a relatively small issue. Thanks!
