"Easy, no pressure, friendly" Very easy sales experience, very helpful, appreciate no-pressure sales approach. Would definitely recommend. Convenient location I think this survey is annoying, however, for making me use a minimum amount of words.
"Great team, great experience " We managed to trade cars and get all the paperwork done with minimal contact and in record time. These guys really have a good system and have always been helpful and efficient. This is my 3rd car with them and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them next time.

"Prompt, thorough service" Despite being swamped after a firmware upgrade bricked many Volvo owners' navigation and media systems, these guys were cheerful, efficient, and super-organized. They gave me a detailed explanation of what they did, what was still pending, and why they recommended additional service. Everyone from reception to the advisors was unfailingly helpful and organized.
