"Very smooth and professional transaction" Had the pleasure working with Tony and Richard. Tony provided best price possible that no other dealer in SoCal could beat. Arrived to the dealership and worked with Richard since Tony was off. Richard was very understanding and professional. He explained the details of the lease and let me test drive the car then signed the papers. There was no last minutes excuses, push or switching. The finance manager was am awesome guy as well.

"Erick is the best." For a man Eric‘s age he has flawless personal skills and made me feel comfortable and allowed me to enjoy our four hours together more than I ever imagined. He loves people, he loves cars, he’s very grateful to be with such a fabulous dealership and it shows.
"Got great help to find what I needed" I got in on a Friday night, a salesman named Aaron helped me out. We sat down, looked at the models I liked and discussed money. The morning after, I could pick up a car that I am super happy with! Finding a car deal you feel good with in LA is pretty hard and takes work. Aaron and the team at Volvo in CC made it all very easy for me. I will be back.

"Awesome " From the moment my family and I walked in we all felt welcomed. The process was simple and stress-free. I got the vehicle I wanted and am more pleased with it than I expected. Erick an Maria worked hard to get us a military discount and to assure we had a positive experience. Erick is very friendly, patient and a great representation of the excellence the volvo brand represents. Julio made the finance process smooth and quick. He explained everything well. "I had lost a small piece of Chrome" I called Steve Ruiz - Sent him a picture and he ordered part. Got part right away and he scheduled a meeting to install. He wrapped it up quickly while being professional he also was personal understanding I was upset.
