The best customer service! Had a burnt out LED. Purchased it 5 years ago. Jamie was wonderful to talk to. Also, I bought the wrong LEDs for my husband's Dyna. Got them exchanged quickly.

Great products, great service, but the shipping sucks. UPS till it gets close, then stalls out when UPS turns it over to Post Office. I would pay extra to by pass the Post Office BS

tried the pro beams for my softail and tail light works fine could not get thje signals to work correctly intermediate problem tech support could not help because when I remove them and replace with the factory to get home and then put back on they work fine I don't have a solution for this problem but told tech support I will simply eat the loss and find another company to purchase from this seems to satisfy them . loved the looks when working and tech service was very nice but I will waist no more time nor money on them

Having recently purchased the Custom Dynamics Sequential Fairing LED lights for my 2017 FLTRU, I was so disappointed to learn they had sent me the wrong part. No markings on the product to determine sequential or not. After I had installed them, I learned they were not sequential. But I had already installed them. Of course, Custom Dynamics refunded the cost difference and apologized for their error but I am still driving around with the lights I did not order or want! Garbage design and horrible quality plastic. Bought the Probeam Low Profile taillight and baseplate for my 2011 Harley Street Bob. Yes it was not made to fit, but I made everything fit. Looked good, but first ride the taillight cracked along the mounting holes, broke off and fell completely off the bike. So I contacted Custom Dynamics and they were at least willing to give me 20% if I ordered again. Spent more money (Altogether over $350), only to have the same thing happen.
