The staff is always helpful on the phone when you call in for tech questions and their suggestions always work, never have any issues with performance, not a big fan of how long their budget shipping takes, had small parts that should have gone by priority mail and take 2-3 days, it took 10 days to get to west coast on econo ship

Sent me a set of Wings that were used and scratched , to much trouble to send back so just eat the Money and never buy from them again, the package was already open when It was delivered , so I know it was sent back after somebody tried to Install Them !

Ordered the new saddle bag lights which were advertised as plug and play for run,brake and turn signals on my 2011 Streetglide. Followed instructions that came with the lights and my running lights quit working when the wires were cut that the instructions told me to cut. After 4 phone calls talking with Paul it was determined that to get the turn signals working, which is what I originally wanted it will cost me another $250.00. Not a happy customer by any means. False advertised the product!

Great product and easy to install. Every light on my 2016 Streetglide is done with led's from Custom Dynamics. The strobe plug n play is awesome. Even strobes the fender lights. You'd be a fool to go anywhere else.

Took exactly a month to receive my L.E.D. licence plate holder and back plate. Refused to offer me a discount and stopped replying to my emails and facebook messages. Poor customer service, highly disappointed!
