I had to trim glue off product as it was quite unsightly. Should have been done before shipping. Probably could have been easily wiped off before it dried onto both product surfaces and clearly showed on outside of product.

After initially not wanting to warranty your faulty part, and charging me freight to ship your faulty part, it took 4 different slow not overnight mailings of incorrect parts and defective parts to get this correct. And to have your so called customer service rep Jamie call me a liar is just unacceptable. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. And to this day you still refer to me as someone else, as you got this mixed up also.
Great new website. Unfortunately I cannot view the entire page nor can I scroll the page down in order to see the bottom of the page. I am a customer and love your products!

These people know about Customer Service. It is so rare to deal with people like Custom Dynamics, it feels amazing. Yet, this is really the way it should be. Thanks guys, for an awesome experience. Oh, by the way, their products are even better. The plug and play LED's Are just that.

Called to get clarification on a product. Ordered and when received it was not what I was looking for. I closed the box and called to start return process. I payed for return shipping ~$13 and was charged a 15% restocking fee ~$38 for something returned in original packaging. Will be spreading the word, there are better companies with the same products.

I purchased a LED taillight. It was very easy to install and it looks great. I bought it as a 2nds light due to excessive glue when manufactured. I was skeptical to purchase it but I'm glad I did. It looks great! Very fast shipping and was packaged very well. It so much brighter than the oem light. There pricy but well worth it. I feel like Custom Dynamics products are the best on the market. I ordered the illuminated windshield trim. It arrived on time. Very easy to install.
The staff is always helpful on the phone when you call in for tech questions and their suggestions always work, never have any issues with performance, not a big fan of how long their budget shipping takes, had small parts that should have gone by priority mail and take 2-3 days, it took 10 days to get to west coast on econo ship
